Inspired
I love the bold colours of pop art, and i'm particularly a fan of Roy Liechtenstein. I think these inspired make up looks are so impressive, and clever...

A Collection of new things
Some shiny new things i've bought over the last few weeks...

The result of a trip to Superdrugs- Gosh eyeshadow in Coral, Gosh cream blush in peachy rush, and Gosh velvet touch liner in pink rush (free with eyeshadow). Also an NYC cheek glow in sutton place peach, 2 NYC nail polishes in carrie'd away & gramercy glitter (which i would both reccommend), and a Sleek blush in Pan tao (from my doomed online order)
I also bought these 2 adorable Paul & Joe eyeshadow palettes from an ASOS sale.
Loads of bargains from ebay (Hard Candy) , tesco, and Rimmel from poundland
From Avon i bought a quich dry nail spray to try, and a matte nail polish in inky blue. I also got 2 lipsticks in red kiss and silky peach. They are a swirl of different shades and as i always find with Avon lipsticks a lovely texture.
From HMV i got 2 Hello Kitty stationery gachas. From H&M some black and white leggings and a palm tree print sheer crop vest. I also got this cute notebook because i couldn't not :)
And lastly a bit of a mamouth Amazon book order. I am about to start reading the Bleach manga series after hearing so many recommendations.

Sleek.co.uk: My Experience
I'd heard quite a lot of bad feedback regarding ordering from the sleek.co.uk website, but when my local Superdrug sold out of the blush and eyeshadow palette from the Spring Collection i decided to order from the website.... and wished i hadn't.Around a week after placing my order a package arrived only containing the blush i'd ordered, but including an invoice for the 2 products. I emailed them through their website, and waited. A number of days with no reply, i emailed them again, including a copy of the order confirmation they sent me. No reply. I decided to send them a message through twitter... again no reply!
I then sent them a 3rd quite angry message...and still no reply. It was by this point that i resorted to begging them on twitter to acknowledge my message. Finally i get a response- simply telling me the palette is no longer in stock so they'll refund my money. And that's that.
I wonder would they have even bothered to tell me (or indeed refund me) had it not been for my stalker like persistance. I order online all the time, and it's rare customer service is this disappointing.
I urge anyone who is thinking of ordering from their website to just go to Superdrug instead, and avoid the hassle.

Deco/ Kawaii nails
The Japanese craze of deco i.e covering items (usually things like phones and cameras) in pretty charms and beads has moved onto the nails! I imagine this must be so tricky to do. It looks absolutely adorable, but how could you do anything with nails like that! It would last 5 mins on me before beads were flying everywhere!
