Right Now

Right now i love coloured hair. Brights, pastels, and grungy mixtures of unusual colours.

This one is my favourite. Very tempted to get my hair this colour. I love the combination of the hair with the dark eyes and pale skin.

A Little Review of 17 Photo Flawless Primer...

I have always been hit and miss with primers, but i'm always interested in giving them a go. This one is from Boots priced at £4.99.

The primer is silicone based, so glides on the skin effortlessly and leaves a silky soft finish- which is neither greasy or unatural feeling like i find with the elf one. I do feel and see a noticeable improvment in the finish of my foundation with this underneath. The foundation seems to sit better, and look more natural.

I also like using this product alone on my skin without foundation. Although it gives a matte finish i do like to use powder also. I must say of all the primers i've tried this is certainly a favourite (although nowhere near RMK which is amazing!)

The only real moan is that there is only 15ml of product in the small tube, which i can't see lasting long. Although only a small amount is needed each time.

Very impressed. 4/5

The result of a shopping addiction...

Heres a collection of new things i've bought over the past few weeks...

Harajuku Lovers 'G of the Sea' Limited Edition perfume with super cute mermaid bottle. Also came with a free 'create a G' doll. I love freebies :)

Cherry headscarves from New Look

Mac Quite Cute lipstick and a free Haute Couture mascara

From Tesco All About Face foundation (worth a try for £1.49!) and Barbara Daly Lip Smoother

Rimmel volume flash mascara, Boots 17 photo flawless primer, and Collection 2000 concealer (Boots have 3 for 2 on all make up at the moment...thats my excuse)

Decided i wanted to try some cheap powders so got- Tesco all about face, Natural Collection in cool toned, Collection 2000 mosaic glow, and Rimmel clear complexion

From got OCC lip palatte with 5 wells (£3.99), NYX lip lacquer in coral-licious, and a Sigma brush to try E05 fine eyeliner brush although theres nothing fine about it!

Whilst in London i found a treasure chest of an accessories shop called Brigitte Bjiou and got all this.

And finally a flamingo brooch from Primark, and some bits from Peacocks including a momji look alike lipgloss.

A Little Review of Sleeks Sugar May Pout Polish

In my opinion Sleeks Pout Polish range is pretty much the same as Macs range of lip conditioners except a lot cheaper. I particularly love Sleeks Electro Peach (miles more than Mac's Gentle Coral).

The shade Sugar May is from the Spring Avec La Peche Collection and has a pretty floral print on the packaging. In the pot it looks like a beautiful soft peachy colour, but actually goes on sheer which was a disappointment for me, as Sleek are usually on top form with pigmentation.

My other moan is that it both smells and tastes really strongly of plastic, which isn't nice!
Overall i'm not a fan of this one.

More new things...

A few more new bits i've got lately. Some accessories from ASOS, including a leather cuff from the mens section (the mens jewellery is way better), and a pretty Oasis rose headband.
From Primark.

A headband from Boots interesting (but stupidly overpriced) new jewellery collection, and the 17 crackle topcoat.

George at Asda have revamped their makeup so i bought a couple if things out of curiousity- a tinted moisturiser- Hint of Tint (£4), and cheek stain- Cheeky Tint! (£2.50)
In Superdrugs i stocked up on more lip products (as if i need any more...) the New Sleek Pout Polish Sugar May, Revlon's new Just Bitten in Gothic, Gosh's new lip marker in berry, and a Gosh lipstick in shocking coral.

After being stupidly impressed with the previous 2 i bought i got some more MUA eyeshadows (£1 each)
And lastly i bought the Kawaii edition from the Japanese Street Style collection from Harajuku Lovers perfume. It's very adorable.
